MONDOCEL® products are ideal for use in otological and rhinological procedures. MONDOMED® PVA sponges are biocompatible and soft when hydrated. The small pore size minimizes tissue ingrowth, thus facilitating atraumatic removal. They are lint- and fibre-free and can be trimmed easily with scissors without shedding loose fibres. All MONDOCEL® products have excellent absorptive qualities and are supplied compressed and dehydrated for ease of insertion. They are sterilised by irradiation.
